    Over the last years, the Deutsche Bahn’s Umweltforum (environmental forum) has firmly established itself as the central platform for sustainable mobility. On May 16, around 200 decision-makers from politics, business, civil society and science came together to talk about current challenges and developments in sustainable mobility under the theme "Mobility in times of climate change" in the St. Elisabeth Church in Berlin.

    Guests at the 2019 event included Federal Minister for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, Svenja Schulze; First Mayor of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, Dr. Peter Tschentscher; President of the Association of German Cities, Markus Lewe; President of the German League for Nature, Animal Protection and Environment (DNR), Prof. Kai Niebert; and Fridays for Future activist Luisa Neubauer.
