With the City-Ticket, the train journey does not finish at the station. Anyone who has booked a travel ticket that features "+City" can travel flexible on public transport in 130 cities to get to their departure station and from the station they arrive at. The City-Ticket is available for all our passengers who book a Super Sparpreis (saver fare) or Flexpreis (flexible fare) ticket on long distance services, in Flexpreis even free of charge.
It can be used on suburban trains, subways, buses and trams in the respective area of validity. As well as providing our passengers with peace of mind in this way, we are also taking traffic off the roads, thereby saving a great deal of CO2.
