Protecting the environment is a central concern for Deutsche Bahn. Therefore DB ensures, among other things, that the dishwashing detergents used in its employee restaurants are particularly environmentally friendly.

Only dishwashing detergents certified with the Nordic Swan label are used in the employee restaurants. In addition, the cleaning products are free of microplastics. Deutsche Bahn works closely with suppliers to ensure the shortest possible transport routes and environmentally friendly packaging. By avoiding harmful ingredients, both the environment and DB employees benefit.
