DB depot sites can be very extensive, often resulting in long walking distances of up to 2,000 meters for employees. To cover these distances efficiently and in an environmentally friendly way, DB relies on eScooters.

The three-wheeled sprinters are made from recyclable materials and powered with solar electricity. They provide an energy-efficient alternative for transporting materials and tools over long distances. Some of these sprinters are already in use at the ICE depot in Cologne-Nippes, and the fleet is set to expand further.
